Tombra Felix has always harbored an infatuation with physical structures, finding herself naturally attracted to real estate because of her obsession with homes and buildings. But it’s her love of helping others that found her finally diving into a career in real estate. In aiding others, she finds new ways of improving herself while expanding her network of clients and vendors. She excels at relating to others which makes it easy for her to pinpoint their specific needs.

Having grown up in Nigeria, Tombra eventually moved to Boston where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University while minoring in International Relations. In 2016, she took a year off from her studies to work as an accountant, earning the funds to seek her Master’s Degree in Project Management which she received in 2020.

She then spent time developing her meticulous, detail-oriented style working as a bookkeeper and on various renovation management projects. This gave her unique opportunities to coordinate with lenders, contractors, and a multitude of other parties and clarified her desire to assist in the sale and purchase of the structures she so adored. In 2022, she moved from Boston to Los Angeles before obtaining her real estate license.

When not helping dreams come true with her proactive yet friendly approach to realty, Tombra enjoys freelance photography, cooking, and, when the opportunity arises, touring new places… especially those with beautiful architecture!
